Group Clinical Supervision | For GSRD Therapists
What to expect
As an Advanced Accredited Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity Therapist, my approach to group supervision is integrative - this means I use different perspectives and theories to draw on when working with the group and adapt my approach to suit the groups changing needs. My work is trauma-informed, evidenced-based and is underpinned by intersectionality, queer theory and polyvagal theory. The main therapeutic modalities I draw upon are acceptance commitment therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy and narrative therapy.
